Recognition communications

Communicate recognition
with precision.

Recognition should be presented as time-bound employer recognition based on the reviewed evidence cycle. Clear wording protects employees, audiences and the value of the program.

Scope

What the recognition refers to

Approved use should identify the recognized organization or agreed scope and the applicable annual cycle. It should not be stretched to certify every course, product, employee or business claim.

Before publication, confirm the exact organization name, recognition wording, cycle label and placement with the internal owner.

Wording

Approved claim principles

Appropriate pattern

“[Organization] is recognized by Progress at Work for the [cycle] period, following review of its employee-learning evidence.”

Keep the organization and cycle close to the recognition reference.

Do not imply

“All our training is accredited,” “our employees are certified,” or “recognition guarantees better performance.” These claims go beyond the review scope.

Common problems

Missing cycle dates, cropped or altered marks, recognition presented as course accreditation, and old claims left live after expiry. If context is uncertain, contact the program before publishing.
