Evidence system

Four evidence areas.
One connected judgement.

The framework is not four isolated checklists. Activity creates the context, participation shows reach, feedback adds employee experience and the forward plan records the organizational response.

System view

The four-part evidence chain

01

Learning activity

What was provided, for whom, when and for what purpose?

02

Participation

Who had access, who took part and what context explains the pattern?

03

Employee feedback

How was experience gathered, what themes emerged and what are the limits?

04

Forward plan

What will continue, change or be examined during the next cycle?

Evidence quality

Five principles

RelevantSupports the criterion and scope.
CurrentBelongs to the review period.
TraceableCan be located from the narrative.
ProportionateDetail matches organizational context.
ProtectedPersonal data is minimized.
Review logic

A judgement, not a document count

Review considers whether the full evidence set is coherent. A large archive cannot compensate for missing context, and a simple record can be strong when its purpose, date, ownership and connection are clear.

Known gaps should be explained. An honest limitation paired with a credible response can be more useful than unsupported completeness.

Annual flow

The system repeats with new evidence

1

Operate

Deliver learning and retain purposeful records.

2

Listen

Gather employee experience and participation context.

3

Review

Interpret the combined evidence for the current cycle.

4

Plan

Set next actions and carry them into renewal.

Exclusions

Keep the judgement in scope

The framework does not assess

Every aspect of employment practice, individual competence, course accreditation, legal compliance, financial performance or guaranteed employee outcomes.
